Our classes at the gym
are tons of fun. We have great
instructions that can help you get to
the fitness level that you need to be
at.
Our schedule is updated monthly with
classes offered every day of the week.
Check it out and find which ones fit
your fitness needs. Please feel free to
contact any of our instructors for more

We provide classes at every fitness
level too! If you need to drop a few
inches and /or pounds our aerobics and
weight training classes are perfect for
that.
If it's just to maintain your weight and
build lean muscle, these classes are for
you as well. Come in and try it, and
