At the Shelton Athletic Club, we are pleased to offer our members 24-hour access to our facilities. Our staffed hours are Monday through Friday from 5 AM to 9 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 8 AM to 4 PM. During these hours, you can enjoy amenities such as our saltwater pool, spa, dry saunas, and steam rooms. We look forward to providing you with a top-notch fitness experience at Shelton Athletic Club!
